kripya11 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the kripya11 platform. This document forms the legal basis of the agreement between you and kripya11.

General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between kripya11 ("Company", "we", "us") and registered users of the platform ("you", "member", "player"). By using the kripya11.lat website or any part of it, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

  • Platform: The kripya11.lat website and all its services, products, and features.
  • Account: A personal user account created through registration on the platform.
  • Balance: The amount of funds held in your account (real money and bonus money are shown separately).
  • Bonus: Promotional credits provided by the Company, subject to their own terms.
  • Bet: Funds placed to participate in any game or event on the platform.
  • BST: Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

1.2 Scope of Terms

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form a complete agreement. In case of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.

kripya11 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To participate on the kripya11 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company may request valid identification at any time to verify age.

Warning: Registering with false information will result in immediate account termination and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Eligibility Conditions

  • You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You must play on your own behalf and with your own funds.
  • You are not registered for self-exclusion due to gambling addiction.
  • You are not an employee of ours or a family member of one.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited. In cases of suspicion, the Company reserves the right to investigate and close any additional accounts.

Account Management

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, update it immediately. You are solely responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

3.2 Login Security

Keep your kripya11 login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Giving any other person access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

For security and to prevent money laundering, kripya11 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. The following documents may need to be submitted before withdrawals or upon request:

  • Government-issued ID (National ID Card / Passport / Driving License).
  • Proof of address (utility bill / bank statement — issued within the last 3 months).
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

Section 04

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are supported for making deposits at kripya11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, contact support.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Completed KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.4 Transaction Restrictions

The Company reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any transaction for security, technical, or regulatory reasons. Additional verification may be required in cases of suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus (total balance ৳2,000); depositing ৳22,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus (total balance ৳32,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means to withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own time limit — if the wagering requirement is not met within the set period, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or abusing bonuses in any way is strictly prohibited.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any existing bonus at any time.
  • The Company's decision is final in any bonus-related dispute.

5.4 VIP Program

The kripya11 VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Moving up to a higher tier depends on active participation and regular play. VIP benefits are subject to change.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. It is your responsibility to read the relevant rules before playing. The terms of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) also apply.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, kripya11 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the bet amount. The Company is not obligated to pay out potential winnings displayed as a result of a technical error.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method. The Company's judgment on results is final, though appeals may be made in the case of genuine technical errors.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and violations may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

7.1 Fraud and Deception

  • Using a false identity or forged documents.
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Exploiting software bugs or game vulnerabilities.
  • Playing games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.

7.2 Money Laundering

kripya11 supports anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Using the platform for the purpose of laundering any illegal funds is strictly prohibited. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7.3 Collusion and Manipulation

  • Colluding with other players in live games.
  • Using information from outside sources to influence game results.
  • Harassing or showing disrespectful behavior toward other players within a game.
Important: If prohibited activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately without any prior warning.

Termination & Cancellation

11.1 Company's Rights

kripya11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • Providing false identity or information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Being underage or playing on behalf of another person.
  • Account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.

11.2 Fund Settlement Upon Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a violation of company policy, the legitimate real money balance in the account will be returned. However, in the case of a policy violation, all bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited.
